Free shipping on every order

Every order ships free, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees at checkout.

Shipping cost	Free on all orders
Processing time	1–3 business days
Delivery time	[7–12] business days after dispatch
Tracking	Emailed when your order ships

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Total time to your door = processing time + delivery time.

Processing

We prepare and pack your order within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer; we'll email you if there's a delay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs office. These fees aren't included in our prices and are paid by the customer. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel may be returned and we can't refund shipping-related costs.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, holidays, carrier issues or customs checks can cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within [20] business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then email us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.
